How do I accept or decline a booking?

When a family is matched with you, we introduce you through the platform. Here is how to confirm or pass on the booking.

How to accept a booking:

1. You will receive a notification when a new introduction is available
2. Review the family overview — suburb, number of children, date and time
3. Message the family through the app if you have questions
4. Tap Accept booking to confirm

How to decline a booking:

1. Open the introduction
2. Tap Pass on this booking
3. A brief reason is helpful (eg not available, too far) but not required

Important:

• You are never locked into a booking without agreeing first
• If you accept and later need to cancel, follow the cancellation policy to avoid a penalty
• Do not leave introductions open without responding — families are waiting

If you repeatedly pass on bookings without reason, it may affect your match frequency.
