How do I add or update my work suburbs?

Adding more work locations is one of the fastest ways to get more booking introductions.

How to update your work suburbs:

1. Log in to app.thevillageco.nz
2. Go to your profile
3. Find Work Locations
4. Tap Edit
5. Add the suburbs or areas you are willing to travel to
6. Save

Tips:

• Add every suburb you would realistically travel to for a booking
• If you drive, you can cover a wider radius than you might think
• Consider adding nearby areas in the same city
• Review your locations every few months — your availability may change

The more locations you list, the more families you are eligible to be matched with.
