How do I claim my employer benefit?

If your employer has set up Village for Work, here is how to access your benefit.

Step 1: Check with your HR team
Ask your HR or People team whether your company has activated Village for Work and what type of benefit is available (discounted rate or Back to Work bundle).

Step 2: Sign up or log in
Create your Village Co account at app.thevillageco.nz using your work email address, or log in if you already have an account.

Step 3: Your benefit is applied automatically
Once your employer has connected your account, your benefit will appear in your account settings. Discounted rates apply at checkout. Pre-paid hours appear in your account balance.

Step 4: Book as normal
Use the platform exactly as you would as a regular parent. Your employer benefit applies in the background.
