How do I extend a booking?

If you need your sitter to stay longer, you can request an extension through the app while the booking is active.

How to extend:

1. Go to your active booking in the app
2. Tap Extend booking
3. Select the new end time
4. Confirm — the extra time is added to your booking and charged at the same hourly rate

Alternatively, you can message your sitter directly through the app to check if they are available to stay longer, then process the extension.

Note: Extensions are subject to your sitter's availability. They are never obligated to stay beyond the original booking end time.
