# How do I report a concern about a family?

If something about a family did not feel right — before, during, or after a booking — we want to know about it.

How to report:

- Email: support@thevillageco.nz
- Facebook: message us directly
- Phone: 07 807 9114

When to report:

- Before a booking: if something in the family profile or their messages feels off
- During a booking: use the panic button or contact us directly
- After a booking: if anything made you uncomfortable

All reports are treated confidentially. We review every concern and take action where appropriate. If a concern is serious, we may suspend the family's account while we investigate.

Your safety and wellbeing matter to us. You are never expected to return to a family that made you feel uncomfortable.
