How do I update my location?

You can update your suburb or city in your family profile at any time.

How to update your location:

1. Log in to app.thevillageco.nz
2. Go to your profile settings
3. Find the Location section
4. Update your suburb and save

Why location matters:
We match you with sitters in your area. If you move suburbs or cities, updating your location ensures we are finding sitters who can actually reach you.

Note: Your full street address is never shared with sitters until a booking is confirmed. Only your suburb is used for matching.
