# What is covered under the employer plan?

What your employer covers depends on the plan they have chosen. There are two main options:

1. Discounted company rate

Your employer has negotiated a discounted rate on the service fee. You book and pay as normal but at a lower cost. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

1. Back to Work bundle

Your employer has pre-purchased a set number of childcare hours for you, typically gifted when you return from parental leave. Hours appear in your account balance and are used when you make bookings.

In both cases:

- You choose your own sitter (we match you)
- All bookings are covered by $2 million Village Sitter Insurance
- All sitters are fully vetted
- Your individual booking details are private and never shared with your employer
