Mention Village Co when you sign up and get free setup (normally $50) plus 15% off their service, which starts from $13 per week. --- Placement fee ## A flat, one-off fee — based on what you need A flat, one-off fee, based on the kind of nanny your family needs: ### The after-school nanny Pickups, homework, dinner, a few afternoons a week — under 10 hrs/week. **$400** one-off placement fee ### The morning-and-evening nanny Before school starts, after work ends — 10–20 hrs/week. **$700** one-off placement fee ### The everyday nanny Most of the week, close to full-time — 20–35 hrs/week. **$1,200** one-off placement fee ### The full-time or overnight nanny Full days, shift work, or nights — 35+ hrs/week. **$1,800** one-off placement fee We charge a flat fee rather than a percentage of salary, because we can't guarantee how long a placement will last, and neither can you. This way, you know exactly what you're paying, upfront. If your placement doesn't work out within 3 days of starting, we'll re-match you at no extra cost. The ongoing cost ## What your nanny will cost Nanny hourly rates in New Zealand typically range from $25 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and hours.
