Once you've found your sitter, booking happens through the platform. You'll get a day-before reminder, and every booking is covered by our $2 million public liability insurance from the moment it's confirmed.

Once your profile is complete, we review sitter profiles across experience, personality, availability, and compatibility with your family. You'll receive up to three personalised matches. If none feel right, our concierge team takes over and finds the right fit for you.

Sitters set their own hourly rate, starting from $25 per hour. A service fee is added at the time of booking. You'll always see the full total before you confirm — no surprises.
