Can I request a specific sitter?

If you have worked with a sitter before and would like to book them again, you can request them directly through your Favourite Sitters section on your dashboard.

How to request a specific sitter:

  1. Log in to app.thevillageco.nz
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Find the sitter in your Favourites and tap Rebook

If you would like to request a sitter you have not worked with before, contact us at support@thevillageco.nz and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on their availability.

Note: We cannot guarantee availability for specific sitter requests, particularly for peak times like weekends and school holidays.
