How do I add another parent to my account?

You can add a second parent or caregiver to your Village Co family account so they can manage bookings and communicate with sitters.

How to add a family member:

1. Log in to app.thevillageco.nz
2. Go to your family profile
3. Find the Family Members section
4. Enter their name and email address
5. They will receive an invitation to join your family account

What the second parent can do:

• View upcoming and past bookings
• Communicate with sitters via in-app chat
• Make new bookings

Both parents share the same family profile and booking history.
