How do I add special instructions for my sitter?
You can add special instructions when making a booking, and your sitter will receive them before they arrive.
What you can include:
- Bedtime routines and schedules
- Allergies or dietary needs
- Parking instructions
- Pet information
- House access details
- Anything else the sitter should know
How to add instructions:
- When making a booking, scroll to the Anything the sitter should know? field
- Type your notes (up to 500 characters)
- Your sitter receives these with their booking confirmation
You can also message your sitter directly through the in-app chat before the booking to share anything additional.
Your full street address is only shared once the booking is confirmed.
