What is a concierge booking?

A concierge booking is the standard way The Village Co works. Rather than browsing profiles yourself, we personally match your family with the right sitter and make the introduction.

How it works:

1. You complete your family profile
2. We review your needs and find sitters who are a great fit
3. We introduce you to your matched sitter
4. You confirm you are happy, then book through the app

This is different from a marketplace where you search and message strangers. We do the matching so you always have a personal recommendation, not just a search result.

Every booking on The Village Co is a concierge booking. It is what makes us different.
