What is Village for Work?

Village for Work is The Village Co's employer childcare benefit. It allows companies to offer trusted, vetted babysitting as a workplace benefit for their staff.

How it works for employees:

• Your employer signs up with The Village Co
• You receive access to the platform at a discounted company rate, or your employer pre-purchases childcare hours for you (Back to Work bundle)
• You use the platform exactly as any parent would — we match you with a sitter, you book through the app

Types of benefits your employer may offer:

• Discounted company rate: access at a reduced platform rate
• Back to Work bundle: a set number of pre-paid hours gifted when you return from parental leave
