Yes. Before anything is confirmed, we introduce you to your matched sitter so you can ask questions and get comfortable.

You can:

• Message your sitter through the platform
• Ask questions about their experience and approach
• Arrange a quick meet-up or video call if you would like

You are never expected to commit to a booking without feeling confident about your sitter first. If the match does not feel right, just let us know and we will find another option.
